Learning from failures can be expensive / hurtful or cheap / painless. The cheap / painless way is to learn from other people's failure and not yours!

Failure isn't always bad.  Sometimes failure is a blessing in disguise!  You may have lost a girlfriend or boyfriend which was very painful only to enter another relationship that is far better than your previous relationship.  You may have lost a job only to get a much better job. 

Most successful people have failed many times.  The greatest basket ball player of all time, Michael Jordan, has failed numerous times.  In order for Michael Jordan to be successful he had to fail!  Embrace failure and learn from it.  If you are a smart person, the gift from failure is the knowledge you gain to minimize or eliminate the possibility of future failures.  Most successful entrepreneurs have failed numerous times before they become successful.  They have failed so many times that they learn what not to do and thus avoid failure.  It's like touching a hot stove.  You touch it a couple of times, then you know to not touch it without protection. So go ahead and tell us your failure.  Hopefully, you overcame it or is one your way to overcome it. If you need help, let other people hear your failure for advice and if you overcame it, tell the world how you did it so others don't make the same mistake.  Go to Forum
